Regular home visits are provided to patients who are unable to go to the hospital, who are bedridden, or who need care after being discharged from the hospital, and who wish to recuperate in their own homes. Currently, doctors are not conducting home visits.
Visiting Nurse Station
We suspended our Visiting Nurse Center and newly opened a 24-hour visiting nurse stationon May 1, 2022.
The purpose of this service is to support the patient's medical treatment and to maintain and restore the patient's physical and mental functions while taking care that the patient is able to lead an independent daily life at home as much as possible, even if the patient is in need of nursing care.

*Please note that the scheduled time may be earlier or delayed due to traffic conditions (we will contact you at any time in this case).
*Permission and instructions from a physician are required in order to use the home nursing service.

Main Services of Visiting Nurse Station
Creating a home nursing plan
Based on the instructions of the attending physician and the in-home service plan (care plan) prepared by the in-home care support provider for the user, an assessment of the user's intentions and physical and mental condition is conducted, and a home-visit nursing plan is prepared that specifies specific service content according to the goals of assistance.
In preparing the plan, the physical therapist, etc., works closely with the nursing staff to prepare a home-visit nursing plan in accordance with the above-mentioned contents.
Provision of home nursing care
Provide home nursing care based on the home nursing plan.
Contents of home nursing care
●Observation of medical condition and disability
●Maintenance of cleanliness by wiping and washing hair, etc.
●Care of daily living such as eating and defecation
●Prevention and treatment of bedsores
●Functional recovery training
●Terminal Care
●Nursing care for patients with dementia
●Guidance on medical care and nursing care
●Management of catheters, etc.
●Other medical treatment as ordered by physicians
*If rehabilitation is the main focus of a visit by a physical therapist, etc., it is performed as part of the nursing service.
